Excellent vegetarian-friendly options, great service, and wonderful outside seating. Very nice ambiance in the courtyard. And don’t skip the desert!
We enjoyed an excellent anniversary dinner at Cochineal. Food and service were both outstanding. We especially liked the Spanish Salad, which comprised fresh-picked vegetables and herbs from the restaurant's own garden. Definitely will dine there again next time we are in Marfa.
Good ribeye steak, though over-salted. Friendly and informal staff. Surprisingly nice California Cabernet. Will definitely go again.
Amazing food and ambiance every single time we've been here. We have never had a bad experience here and it is a must-visit if we are within an hour's drive. New owners and chef have done well continuing on the legacy and expectations.
